Usman graduated in Fine Arts (Miniature Painting) from National College Of Arts, Rawalpindi in 2016. He has been experimenting with a variety of mediums and surfaces. High contrast imagery, the world between the real and imagined, minimal use of color and intricacy/detail is what shapes Usman’s imagery and technique. He prefers drawing to be supreme. Since graduation, Khalid has been exhibiting his work in various group shows in the country besides a two-person show at Sanat Initiative Karachi. Usman lives and works in Rawalpindi, Pakistan.
