Born in 1984, Farrukh Adana graduated in Visual Communication Design from National College of Arts, Lahore in 2009. He completed his master’s in Art and Design Studies from Beaconhouse National University with the prestigious scholarship of UNESCO Madanjeet's Singh Institute for South Asian Studies (2014). He has taught Photography at NCA as visiting faculty in 2015 and Drawing and History of Art at National College of Business Administration and Economics, Lahore in 2016. Along with his solos in Sanat Initiative Karachi (2015) and Koel Gallery Karachi (2017), Adnan has been exhibiting in various national and international shows, i.e. Migration and Movement, Close Together project by Voice Breaking Boundaries, Houston (2014-2015). Open Fields curated by Aasim Akhtar at Pakistan National Council of Arts with the collaboration of American Embassy, Islambad (2016). Lines on Sand by Imago Mundi project (2018). Who is Afraid of Art? curated by Asad Hayee at Alhamrah Arts Council, Lahore (2018). Farrukh lives and works in Lahore, Pakistan.
